João is a leading attorney in the Public Law and Infrastructure area and became a partner in the area in 2025. He has over 12 (twelve) years of experience and specializes in projects related to the infrastructure and industry sectors, with emphasis on the basic sanitation (water and sewage) and logistics (ports, highways and urban mobility) segments. He provides advisory and litigation services, both in the administrative and judicial spheres. He has experience in advising on bidding processes and managing complex contracts, such as concessions and Public-Private Partnerships, in addition to working with oversight bodies (Courts of Auditors, Public Prosecutors' Offices, Comptroller's Offices) and regulatory agencies. He also represents clients in public civil actions, class actions, actions for administrative misconduct and actions for accountability under the anti-corruption law.
