Gabriela is a lawyer specializing in Labor Law and Procedures, and works as a Leader in the Labor practice area. In 2025, she became a partner in the practice area. She advises clients in the industrial, cleaning and maintenance, urban cleaning, civil construction, retail, advertising and marketing, import and export, transportation and shipping segments, among others. She has experience in advising companies undergoing judicial recovery. She works in the contentious (judicial and administrative) and advisory areas, in individual and collective processes and procedures, in addition to inspection procedures within the scope of the Public Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
