Bernardo is a leader in the field and a specialist in Environmental Law, with experience in the public and private sectors. Provides environmental advice and consultancy in the sustainable planning of projects and activities, as well as legal support in administrative and judicial proceedings. Has expertise in conducting and advising on environmental licensing of complex projects and activities in various sectors of the economy, in addition to preparing, together with technical consultancy, environmental studies in various modalities (ETA, EVA, EAS, RAS, RAP, EIA, among others). Experience in conducting environmental due diligence, acting in Administrative Proceedings and Civil Inquiries before the Public Prosecutor's Office. Consultant for the preparation of Conduct Adjustment Terms – TAC, Commitment Term - TC and Degraded Area Recovery Projects – PRAD.
