AMANDA MOREIRA QUINTINO
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
Amanda is a lawyer specializing in environmental and urban law. She is particularly known for conducting the licensing of strategic activities and projects, preparing various types of environmental studies (ETA, RAS, RAP, EIA, etc.), and urban planning studies (EIV). She also has experience conducting environmental due diligence and working in administrative proceedings and civil inquiries before the Public Prosecutor's Office. She provides consultancy services in the preparation of Conduct Adjustment Terms (TAC), Commitment Terms (TC), and Degraded Area Recovery Projects (PRAD).
