ALDEM JOHNSTON BARBOSA ARAÚJO

Aldem is a lawyer specializing in public law, with advisory and litigation services, both in the administrative and judicial spheres. He has experience in advising on bidding processes and managing complex contracts, such as concessions and Public-Private Partnerships, in addition to working with control bodies (Courts of Auditors, Public Prosecutors, Comptrollers) and regulatory agencies.

  • Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law of Recife – UFPE (2003).

  • Specialist in Public Law (lato sensu postgraduate degree) from Estácio do Recife College (2010);

Professor of the training course for ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency), APEVISA (Pernambuco Health Surveillance Agency) and Health Surveillance of the Municipalities of Recife, Olinda and Camaragibe.
